THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE SHOOT

1. The shooting-guest is requested to give the names, addresses, passport numbers and numbers of their hunting licences or numbers of their sporting gun keeping licences of the participants accompanying him to take part on the shoot by the date determined by the Hubertus Ltd. (henceforth: Company).

2. The Company, will do it's utmost to ensure that the shooting-guest will be able to kill the reserved game at the time and territory given in the contract.

3. The shooting-guest is permitted to stay on the shooting-ground during the hunt only with an accompanying guide. The shooting-guest is allowed to fire with the permission of the guide only, at a game that has been pointed out by the guide. In case the guide does not give the shooting-guest the possibility for a shot on the game during the time defined in the contract, or if the shooting-guest does not wish to continue the hunt, then the Company will refund the advance payment, minus the already incurred costs.

4. On the basis of the declaration of the shooting-guest, according to which he and his possible shooting-companions bear permission of a legal possession of sporting guns, a shooting licence will be issued for them by the Hungarian authorities. Such a licence will be procured by the Company. The shooting-guest is obliged to keep this licence in the entire duration of his hunting in Hungary, and he has to display it on the shooting-territories.

5.
According to item 3., the shooting-guest is allowed to fire only with the permission of the guide. In case the shooting-guest kills a game not being allowed to be shot, the shooting-guest takes all responsibility for the shot and is obliged to pay two times the according sum shown on the price list.

6. The particular game species are allowed to be hunted with weapons defined by the General Conditions for Hunting and by the Hungarian prescriptions. Should the shooting-guest - in spite of warning - break the directions of the guide, the guide is entitled to stop the shooting. The shooting-guest is obliged to pay for all damages of the shooting-territory arising as a consequence of the stopping of the shooting.

7. For the wounding of each big game the shooting-guest has to pay the fee determined for wounding. If, however, the wounded big game is killed or found at a later time during the hunt or in the course of the after-search, as long as the shooting-guest is present on the territory, then the price according to the trophy's quality should be paid. If the wounded game is found dead after the guest has left, then the shooting-guest is obliged to pay the difference of the fee for wounding and the full fee of shooting down. The wounding is stated by the guide in the presence of the shooting-guest. Also, the guide is entitled to estimate the weight and measure of the trophy, respectively.

8. The trophy of the game bagged, after paying will be the property of the shooting-guest, whereas the venison and hide automatically belong to the management of the shoot. These latter ones could also be owned by the shooting-guest, if they are registered and are paid.

9. The bill to be settled - except for the weight and the measure of the trophy - will be based on the territory's bill signed by the shooting-guest. The trophy's weight and size, on which the payment will be based, is stated by the Committee for Evaluation of Trophies. Before the payment, the shooting-guest is obliged to present the trophy to that Committee which will state the quality of the trophy according to wich the fee will be determined.

10. On the basis of the suggestion of the National Committee for Evaluation of Trophies the Minister of Agriculture may announce certain exceptionally valuable trophies as national properties. Destroying, processing or modifying such trophies is not allowed. The trophy is allowed to be taken abroad only with the permission of the Minister. In case the trophy is announced to be a national property, the final payment defined by the shooting management will be 25% of the original fee for which the shooting-guest can obtain a copy of the trophy.

11. At the judgement of the trophies the weight 24 hours after cooking-out is decisive. The judgement due to the Committee of Evaluation of Trophies is accepted by each party concerned.

The Company is obliged to hand over the trophies only after the fees and other costs have been paid. The trophies can be taken out of Hungary only by displaying the bill given by the Company. The costs for transport - or possibly for the insurance - of the trophies are covered by the shooting-guest.
