How we work:

1. Contact us - via mail, e-mail fax or phone - and let us know what and when would you like to hunt. Based on your requests we prepare a personal offer for you. In the offer we inform you about the best preserves, where the chances for a successful and memorable hunt are the highest, about the accommodation and catering, about the prices and about the planned program from arrival to departure and everything that you should know about the hunt itself in advance.
2. After you accept the offer, we send you the contract and a questionnaire about your passport number, the number of your hunting license or gun license in your own county.
3. After you sent back the signed hunting contract and the filled out questionnaire you receive the "Letter of invitation", which you will need to enter Hungary . You will get the Hungarian Hunting Licence - what allows you to hunt in our country - and the obligatory liability insurance, when you arrive.
4. We always wait for our hunting guests at the airport or in case of arriving by car we meet them on the outskirts of Budapest , and we help them navigate through the city.
5. Import of the gun/rifle: upon arrival Hungary at a Hungarian border station or at the airport you must submit your valid passport, hunting-gun licence (valid in your own country) and your valid letter of invitation to the customs officer to get your licence for the import of your hunting weapon. You must pay the customs duty (HUF 2900) this time as well. In case You arrive by plane this means that after the passport control you must go through the red channel - things to declare - with your luggages and hunting weapon, to get this licence.

6. Please don't forget: this licence must be presented when leaving Hungary and it must be left in the office of the border station where you cross the border.
7. During the hunt we keep contact with you by phone or personally. Should any problem arise, do not hesitate to inform us, and we will do everything to solve it. Guest hunters are always accompanied by an official hunter who is allowed to decide whether the seen animal is shootable or not, and who estimates the trophy.
8. At the end of the hunt the staff of the territory will fill out the shooting list with the shots you took and the services you used during your stay. You should carefully check each item in the shooting-list, and sign it to justify its reality.
9. After the hunt the following trophies have to be judged: antlers of the red deer stag, fallow deer stag, roe deer buck, horns of the mouflon ram and the tusks of the wild boar, if its average size exceeds 16 cm.
10. The account is done in EUROs, but you can pay by any kind of convertible currency. Cheque or cash is accepted. In case your advance payment will not be used (whole or in part), the remaining sum will be paid back automatically.
11. In case you would like to bring the trophy with you, we provide the documentation needed for the export of the trophies from Hungary to abroad. For the export of the trophies (antler, horn, tusk, feather) the followings are required:
    
    
    • the receipt provided by the host office that organized the hunting tour
    • Uniform Costumes Clearance (for the citizens of EU countries)
    • official veterinary certification about the origin of the trophy
    • Anhang B" for export to EU countries
    • Certification of the trophy-judgement
      
      
12. To import the trophies into your own country you have to take care of the rules that regulate it by you.
